Who is the application intended for?

The application is designed for the entire airport ecosystem to connect all on-site stakeholders through one shared operational and communication platform:

Airport operator staff
Airlines
Subcontractors and partners (ground handlers, Retail / hospitality tenants…)
Police / immigration / other official parties

How do I access the application?

The application is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

Download and open the application.
Enter your professional email address, name and company information.
Enter the PIN code recieved by email.
Select BEG from the list of airports.

I do not have a professional email address. Can I use a personal email address?

Yes. Users without a professional email address may gain access by contacting their organisation's administrator or designated contact person for login instructions and an access PIN code.

I can't see the BEG content or I'm already using the app at another airport

Complete the Request Access form available in the Current Airport tab

I was disconnected.

That's normal. Periodically, for security reasons, the application prompts users to renew their account by entering a PIN code sent by email.

Too many notifications on my phone!

Do not block notifications in your phone's settings: customize them directly in the application.

My Subscription: Enable or disable alerts per channel. We recommend enabling/disabling all three levels simultaneously.
Settings: define the days and time ranges for receiving notifications.
