* The mentioned date is the deadline by which trainees must submit completed forms, with supporting documentation.

** The mentioned date is the start date of the training if a minimum number for the formation of a group is collected by the end of the application deadline (five trainees for Trained personnel, nine for Fireman, nine for Commander, and five for Instructor). If the minimum number of participants for group formation with all the necessary supporting documentation is not collected by the stated deadline for application for training, the training start date is postponed until further (until all the necessary conditions are created).

NOTE: For training Fireman, Commander and Instructor candidate is obligated to bring with himself personal firefighting protection equipment (firefighting trousers, firefighting jacket, firefighting boots, firefighting gloves, firefighting helmet (with neck guard or fireproof cap)).
